My goal is to keep care accessible and transparent. Initial evaluations are $149, and follow-up treatment sessions are $99. At this time, I do not accept insurance and operate as private pay only. However, I’m happy to provide a detailed bill (superbill) if you’d like to submit it to your insurance for possible reimbursement. In addition, I offer community-based clinics at discounted rates to make pelvic health support more widely available.

The pelvic floor is a group of muscles that support your bladder, bowels, reproductive organs, and core stability. When these muscles are too tight, weak, or not coordinating properly, it can lead to symptoms like pain, leakage, constipation, or pressure.

During therapy, we start with a thorough conversation about your health, lifestyle, and goals. Then, I guide you through education, breathwork, posture and movement training, and gentle exercises to help your body find balance. If appropriate and with your consent, therapy may also include hands-on techniques (either externally or internally) to release tension, improve mobility, and retrain muscle function.

Pelvic floor therapy is all about supporting your goals. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you—whether that’s being able to sneeze or laugh without leaking, feeling comfortable and pain-free in your body, improving intimacy, returning to exercise with confidence, or simply reconnecting with your core strength.
